Destination Highlights

  • Day 1: Arrival in Yogyakarta – City Tour & Malioboro (L/D)
    Upon arrival at Yogyakarta airport, meet and greet with our guide. Begin your Yogyakarta City Tour by visiting the Sultan Palace and Watercastle. Afterward, explore the vibrant Malioboro Shopping Centre. Enjoy lunch and dinner at a local restaurant before checking into your hotel.
  • Day 2: Lava Tour & Borobudur Temple (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, depart from your hotel and head to Cangkringan, a village located on the slopes of Mt. Merapi that was devastated during the last major eruption in November 2010. Visit the Merapi Volcano Museum to learn about the impact of the eruption. Continue the journey to the iconic Borobudur Temple, along with Mendut and Pawon temples. On the way back to Yogyakarta, stop to taste the local sweet Salak Pondoh, also known as snake fruit. Lunch and dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
  • Day 3: Departure (B)
    After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy your free time at leisure until check-out. Three hours before your departure, our team will pick you up at the hotel lobby for your transfer to the airport.
