MARTINSBURG — The February term of the Berkeley County grand jury returned a total of 61 indictments this week, Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Catie Wilkes-Delligatti announced Thursday evening. Chelsey Dawn Light, 24, of Martinsburg, was charged with DUI resulting in serious bodily injury.
